What do I need to do to contribute?[edit]
- Sign up for an account
- Upload your work/s at the special iCommons upload form
- Be bold! This is a wiki, mistakes can easily be fixed.
- If you want, put this userbox on your user page, so people know you are part of the iCommons iHeritage project: {{Iheritage}}

Where can I see what has been contributed so far?[edit]
- Category:iCommons iHeritage
- This category has an RSS feed
- Also try searching using the Mayflower search engine
Where can I see my own uploads?[edit]
- Have a look in your Gallery. (There is a tab at the top of your user page called "Gallery".)
How can I insert my image in a Wikipedia article?[edit]
Edit the Wikipedia article (click an "Edit" link). Then put this: [[Image:Name of my iCommons image.jpg|thumb|This is a caption for my image]]
Any image uploaded here at Wikimedia Commons can be instantly and automatically used in any Wikimedia project, including all language Wikipedias. No extra work is needed, it should just work :)
