Hmm, if I had to take an “all around” nootropic for anxiety, I would probably go with Mind Lab Pro or Alpha Brain. Both do not have caffeine (which can make anxiety worse) and they’re chock full of ingredients that have helped calm and focus me in the past. It mostly hits me in the colder months where the sun doesn’t come out for days at a time. It’s during these times when I try almost everything I can to put a stop to my anxiety. Beyond supplements, I reorganize my sleep schedule so I make sure that I get at least eight hours. I also fill my diet with fruits. All of these things seem to give me a big boost in energy and calm me down during the day. At the end of the day (usually when my anxiety is the worst) I drink tea that has a mixture of chamomile and other relaxing herbs in it. Occasionally I will take valerian root before bed.
