I get really tired when taking this pill not sure but I don’t think that was suppose to work that way.. First day I took I slept really well. The second day I took a good nap. Lowered the dose and still seems like I get tired..

I’m taking it until I get ADHD medicine and I might actually cycle it in between taking ADHD medicine to extend its usefulness and not build up too much tolerance. Over my course of using it for the last 3 months or so you will build up tolerance to it and it will become less effective. If you use another stack or prescribed medicine you can cycle on it every two days or every other day and keep its efficacy strong. I don’t think it makes me any more productive but it gives me a lot of mental Clarity, a lot of energy, more mental stamina and a better mood. It also makes me a little bit more energetic and positive. I have experienced the slight nausea that people have talked about but that was when I first started taking it. I’m coming back to it after about a six week break from it and also after a period of very low caffeine usage and it is working very strongly right now.

Brain Awake is very helpful for me as a nurse working night shift in the ICU. I feel focused and I have a strong sense of mental clarity for the entire 12 hour shift, especially during the most difficult hours between 4am to 6am. I am really pleased with this product. I like the sustained mental clarity and focus which is so important when taking care of patients who are critically ill.

In reply to FELIPE CELESTINO. Yes after a few days of use I as well started to develop a headache, I assumed it was from the caffeine intake and drank more water through out the day, that helped the headache.

I was taking only one capsule a day.and after 4 days I started having some kind of mild headaches. Is it this normal ?
