1. I’ve eaten basically anything on Lumonol. The healthier I eat, the better I feel on it.
2. I try to stay away from caffeine.
3. I’ve seen nothing negative in regards to that.
4. I try to keep my bottle in a moist-free environment. A fridge could have moisture.
5. A lot of caffeine has made my heart race in the past. I sometimes only take half the recommended dosage.
6. I’m not a doctor so I would recommend talking to your doctor if you have ADHD and wish to take this supplement.

Hey Alex, I believe that each capsule is around 0.7mg. I can’t seem to find any exact details on the bottle or online. It’s a pretty standard size, based on other supplements that I’ve taken. If you want to confirm, feel free to email the Lumonol team at serviceteam@lumonol.com :-).

Well, that depends. For me, Lumonol usually lasts anywhere from 6 to 8 hours (sometimes more, sometimes less). It depends on how much I’ve eaten, if I’ve had any other caffeine, how much I’ve slept, and a lot of other factors.

For me, noopept works just as well as piracetam and oxiracetam. I actually don’t feel a difference. It may be because I have only tried them by themselves/individually once. However, I feel as though they are all the best “focus” aids around. The majority of my favorite nootropics all include noopept or a racetam. If they don’t include one of those ingredients, they include bacopa monnieri (another one of my favorites for focus).

I see that the main big ingredient in Lumonol is noopept and I’ve heard that it works much like piracetam and oxiracetam. I have never used any of them but I’m curious as to what the differences are. I’ll be using this nootropic mainly at work to help me concentrate for long periods of time. I appreciate your help and the thorough review!!

Hey Aaron, I’ve used to Lumonol in situations where I needed to focus and energize myself at the same time. In fact, it’s one of my go to nootropics when it comes to pulling an “all nighter” (staying up all night to work). Because it has noopept and caffeine, you get the benefits of mental clarity and an increase in energy. For me it isn’t jittery energy but I have to be careful because I like to drink coffee too. If I drink too much coffee and decide to take Lumonol, I would probably crash from too much caffeine.

I have some very exhausting ones in my country soon. Can you please let me know?
