Not really. I know a few women who have taken Alpha Brain.

I would be cautious giving your son any supplements if he is under 18. A lot of memory supplements are only meant for adults. If your son is under 18, I’d recommend speaking with a medical professional (e.g. a neurologist) who might be able to give you some insight into what methods would work best for him.

I am after a calming solution due to my son having anxiety and trying to regulate his thought process to calming him down.
To many to choose from on the market ….what to suggest.
