sugar is sugar even if its low glycemic fructose…9 grams way to much . That is a negative in my book….

This product is awful! The smell alone is offensive. It doesn’t taste very good and for the high price profiles, FocusAid needs some rework.
The benefits on the can appear to be more hype than fact. At this point, I’ll stick with eating more nutritiously, enjoying my coffee and drinking more water!

I take it with alpha brain and it really helps to sustains my focus all day without the crash.

I find that coupled with the “Focus factor”, the two gives me a good 8 hours or more of full focus.
