Unable to Use Template

Hello, I have had this problem with a few other userboxes. When I try to add them to my page, they show up as red text instead of a box. When I go to the template editor thing (findable under "insert" in the visual editor) it says that the template does not exist. I have seen other users with the boxes however, and I am wondering how to get them.
