I wonder what makes you believe that is a copyleft material. I have contacted the RATP to be allowed to reproduced this kind of icon in a mobile application, and they replied I was not allowed, and that these icons were protected by "Droit d'auteur".

I have opened a conversation on Wikipédia:Requête_aux_administrateurs, because you are not the only contributor on this kind of pictures.
